No purchase necessary to enter or win: You may obtain a scratch off ticket without purchase and a full set of rules by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Copag USA Inc. Request, 222 US Highway One, Suite 207, Tequesta, Fl 33469.

Limit: one scratch off per request. Game pieces are available at all participating distributors and retailers. Purchase 2 double deck sets of Copag playing cards and receive a scratch off game piece. Offer expires February 29, 2012 or upon distribution of all game pieces, whichever occurs first. Scratch off promotion is only valid to legal residents of the USA and Canada. No age limit to participate in promotion but participants must be at least 21 years of age to qualify for the Grand Prize. Void where prohibited/restricted and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

How to Play: Scratch off the area indicated on your game card, get an Ace of Spades and become an instant winner. (Royal Straight Flush- Ace, King, Queen, Jack & 10 of Spades)

Prizes: Game Piece Winners: One double deck set of Copag playing cards of your choice (according to availability in stock). Prizes must be claimed no later than by March 15, 2012. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All winning tickets automatically enter into a random drawing for the Grand Prize - One Entry at the 2012 World Series of Poker. - Grand Prize winner must abide by all rules of the WSOP. A complete set of rules may be obtained at www.wsop.com. Winner must wear Copag related attire during length of play according to the rules and regulations of the WSOP. Grand Prize winner must be a Poker Player, if winner is unable to attend the event a substitute player as agreed upon by Copag USA Inc. can represent them at the 2012 WSOP.

Prize Redemption/Grand Prize Drawing: Make a photocopy of the winning game piece for your records. Send original game piece by mail or certified mail, return receipt requested with Name, Address, City/State/Zip, Phone, Email and handwritten Signature to Copag USA Inc. Grand Prize Drawing will be held on March 30, 2012 all entrants must be 21 years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the USA or Canada to be eligible. Winners are solely responsible for reporting winnings and paying all applicable taxes. Employees of Copag USA Inc. its parent company and affiliated companies and their immediate families (dependents under IRS definitions) are not eligible to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing. By claiming a prize, winner consents to Copag USA Inc. use of their name and/or likeness in any photograph, broadcasting, advertising materials or any other media without additional compensation. Further, by accepting a prize, winner agrees not to assert any claims and agrees to release Copag USA Inc., its parent company and affiliated companies and third party prize contributors/suppliers from any and all liabilities, injuries or damages sustained in connection with the award or use of the prize(s).

Approximate Number of Available Prizes, Approx. Retail Value& Odds of Winning: Odds are based on all available scratch off cards being distributed. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Game officially ends February 29, 2012 or while supplies last. Copag USA Inc. intends to award approximately 3,000 available prizes. Approx.70,000 scratch off tickets will be produced, and approx. retail value is $15.95 per double deck set. ONLY ONE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.
