Each player is dealt three pocket cards. There is a round of betting then the flop is dealt (3 cards) and then another round of betting. Then each player must discard one of their pocket cards so they are left with only two. The game then plays like normal Texas Hold'em and each player must make their best 5 card hand.

Low - Hi ChicagoIn Low Chicago the pot is split between the player with the best hand and the player who has the LOWEST spade card face-down. In High Chicago the pot is split between the player with the best hand and the player who has the HIGHEST spade card face-down.

Omaha Hold EmOmaha Hold Them is played the same as Texas hold 'em with two exceptions. One, that each player is dealt four cards at the beginning of the game instead of two. Two, when making one's best five card hand, each player must use exactly three of the five community cards and two of their four hole cards.

Omaha Hi-LoOmaha Hi-Lo is played the same as Omaha, with two exceptions. One, that the game is played as High/Low. After the betting round following the River, the pot is split between the player with the highest hand at the table, and the player with the lowest hand at the table. Two, that in order to win 'Lo', a player must have no higher than an 8-down. If no player has an 8-down or less, then the game is played as All-High.
