Do we offer shipping outside the United States?
Texas Poker Store offers shipping outside of the U.S.A. only by special request. Please call 1-866-213-1594 or email info@texaspokerstore.com with your request.

Who do we ship through? What are my options?
TexasPokerStore.com only uses US Postal Service, UPS, and several LTL freight to ship their products.

How many days does it take to arrive to me shipping via Standard Ground?
Within the continenta US 1 to 6 days. Hawaii and Alaska 7+ days. Furniture and Special delivery items may take additional processing time. If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on back order, we will email you to let you know. Extra heavy items such as furniture will be shipped via courier, or Truck Freight and may take some extra time to arrive. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all furniture items to ship.

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship between 24-48 hours, with US Postal Service, Standard Ground Service, or LTL Freight.

*During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, allow 3-4 days for an order to ship, when using Ground Service, or LTL freight.

* If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, you MUST select a 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day service, to ensure delivery on a specific date.

Orders made with priority shipping will leave the same business day, if ordered by 2pm, EST.

Can I get Saturday delivery?
Saturday delivery is not available.

Can I change my shipping method after the order is made?
We cannot change a shipping method or items on an order once an order has been printed in our warehouse. The order will be cancelled. A new order can be made. You must call our customer service department to cancel an order, at 1-866-213-1594. Orders cancelled via email may not be processed in time to cancel an order before it is due to ship.

Can I get my order shipped for the Holidays?

UPS- No pick-up or deliveries
ABF Freight- No pick-up or deliveries

Day After Thanksgiving November 27th - Regular business hours
UPS-Delivery and pickup of Air and International Orders ONLY
ABF Freight- No pick-up or deliveries

Christmas Eve- December 24th – Offices will be open.
UPS- Regular delivery day; no pick ups from Texas Poker Store.
ABF Freight- No pick-up or deliveries

Christmas Day- December 25th – Offices will be closed
UPS- No pick-up or deliveries
ABF Freight- No pick-up or deliveries

New Years Eve- December 31st – Offices will be open
UPS- Delivery and Pick up of International and Air packages ONLY.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

When placing an order it is possible that any item shown as being in stock may in fact be out of stock by the time the order reaches our suppliers. If any item is out of stock when you order it, we will immediately notify you and if you wish we will do our best to place it on back order for you or simply refund your payment.
